For enquiries about obtaining our services, we use your information to take steps you request before entering a contract. How the form works
The form sends your details to Formspree, which processes the submission, applies spam filtering, stores it in our Formspree dashboard and sends a notification to faran@londonerpestcontrol.com. That mailbox is hosted by IONOS. Authorised company personnel use the information to handle your enquiry. Formspree also processes technical information such as IP address and browser information for service operation and security.
Formspree uses infrastructure in the United States and may process information in other countries where it operates. Keeping enquiry information
We retain enquiries that do not become bookings for up to 12 months after the last correspondence, then delete the enquiry copies from our Formspree archive and IONOS mailbox. Deletion is managed by the company; it is not an automatic website feature. If an enquiry becomes a booked job, relevant service and accounting records are kept separately for as long as needed to carry out the work, meet applicable obligations and handle any related claims. Website hosting and other services
The website is hosted through Sites. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the technical connection information required to serve them. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics scripts to this website. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp and its own privacy terms apply. Hosting and service providers may maintain technical logs for operation and security.
